Grief.
Rage.
Joy.

Three powerful, complex emotional landscapes we often find ourselves navigating quietly, or even alone.

This series offers three stand-alone workshops—come to one, two, or all three. No experience is needed, just a willingness to show up as you are.

why
GROUP
THERAPY
?

When we experience therapy in a group, we are able to partake in two very important healing moments: witnessing and common humanity.

Witnessing involves the opportunity to both witness others' stories and be witnessed in our truth. By sharing previously hidden aspects of our lives, we begin to unravel shame, grief, and repression.

Seeing our stories reflected in other people gives us a sense of 'common humanity,' helping us feel less alone and opening the door for both self-compassion and compassion for others.

We’re often taught to hold it together and stay “fine,” even when we’re not. The emotions we don’t fully feel can settle in the body as tension, fatigue, or disconnection. Somatic practices help us reconnect by tuning into breath, sensation, and movement—offering a way to process emotions and trauma without needing to explain them.

By working with the nervous system, somatic tools help regulate our internal state and create a felt sense of safety. This work is powerful on its own—and even more so when paired with group therapy, where shared insight and support can deepen the healing. Together, they offer healthy outlets for expression and help us build lasting trust in our bodies. Healing doesn’t always start in the mind; it begins by learning to feel.

Every form of emotion is welcome here -- wail, rage, sob, laugh, dance, and shake in a space designed to hold you

Somatic Practices

Engage in body-based movement practices that support the nervous system and move emotions through the body

No prior experience with group therapy or somatic work is needed. Adults of all genders are welcome.

Small group size for connection and safety — spots are limited.
